Tonight, one of your employees went so far above and beyond your usual high standard of service I felt compelled to write. When I drove into your dealership this evening, I was hoping to have my license plate affixed to my car as one screw had fallen out. As I walked towards the dealership at 6:30pm, I noticed the lights in the service department were out so I asked an employee if the service department was closed. He told me it was closed but was very quick to ask what the problem was with my vehicle. I told him about my license plate and he promptly said that he would be willing to help me out. Despite the fact that the plate was proving troublesome with a broken plastic screw, he was very pleasant and took his time to ensure that my plate was correctly affixed to my car. It was so very kind of him to take the time to help me, you are fortunate to have such a customer service focused member on your team. I hope that by me sharing this experience with you, you will be able to recognize that employee for the superb customer service that he provided to me.
